With a strong background in NDIS operational leadership, she specialises Support, Support Coordination, and quality service delivery. Carolyn is known for her strategic thinking, compassionate leadership, and dedication to person-centred care.
Since joining About You Consulting in 2018, she has played a key role in strengthening internal systems, enhancing compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, and building a highly skilled team of practitioners and support coordinators. Her expertise spans across incident and risk management, safeguarding, stakeholder engagement, and driving continuous improvement to achieve positive outcomes for participants.

Ned Higgins

Ned Higgins is a skilled and dedicated NDIS Support Coordinator with a strong background in disability services and a passion for empowering individuals to achieve their goals. Known for his approachable nature and solution-focused mindset, Ned brings both professionalism and empathy to every participant interaction.
With extensive experience navigating the NDIS, Ned excels at connecting participants with the right supports, helping them understand and implement their plans, and advocating to ensure their needs are met. He is particularly skilled in supporting individuals with complex needs and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver cohesive, person-centred care.

Laurie Lehmann-Bybyk

Laurie Ann Lehmann-Bybyk is a Specialist in Inclusive Practice | Former Registered Psychologist | Advocate for Social Impact
With over 30 years of experience across psychology, social services, disability advocacy, governance, and native title negotiation, Laurie brings a deep commitment to building inclusive, person-centred systems that empower individuals and communities.
Laurie’s career began in remote Northern Ontario, Canada, delivering frontline social services. Since relocating to Australia in 1996, she has worked across Queensland and Western Australia—including Mornington Island, Mt Isa, Julia Creek, the Pilbara, and the Kimberley—in diverse roles spanning child protection, mental health, government leadership, and native title negotiation.
Her leadership includes roles as a former Guardian and Senior Guardian with the WA Office of the Public Advocate, and Director of Projects with the Office of Custodial Services. Laurie has also led psychology teams and audited NDIS providers for quality and compliance—consistently bringing a values-driven, person-first approach to every role.
