Providers are one of the main contact points people have with the NDIS. Our role is to support you on your journey towards reaching your goals that you have identified in your NDIS plan. We aim to help you navigate the services and supports required to live to your potential.
We connect people with a disability, their families and carers with government services and community activities, and works to build inclusive communities, workplaces and services. In order to guide you to strengthen your ability to design and then build the future you want within a broad and complex system.
Coordination of supports focuses on supporting participants to direct their lives not just their services. Our goal is to empower you to understand your funding, identify what you expect and give you practical guidance to achieve the outcome you are seeking.
